Dear Jennifer Kiernan,
Thank you for your reply, I would like each agenda for each month for the four years of 2021 2022 2023 and January February, March and April 2024.
I would also like the resolutions for each application that was heard at each meeting for the years of 2021 2022 2023 and January February March, April 2024
I would also like the minutes from each meeting for the years of 2021 2022 2023 and January for March and April 2024
These are all documents that are normally distributed at each meeting for each member. The request is not meant to be voluminous. The assumption is you have all of these documents already saved.
If it makes it easier providing just the agendas and the resolutions would be sufficient, thank you so much. If you need a week extension, that is also fine. Enjoy your weekend.

Good afternoon. I apologize for the delay but compiling the documents
responsive to your request led me to have to organize the entire file from
2021 to present. I posted all agendas, meeting minutes and cases on the
Board of Adjustment webpage on the Township's website here:

but also posted on the website. You will see "Meeting Documents Archive",
"Meeting Minutes Archive" and "Meeting Agendas Archive". All files are
titled appropriately and can be downloaded, if needed.
I am attaching the resolutions I located including as a .zip file of all
the resolutions from 2021- present - just in case they were omitted from
the "case documents" on the website and to ensure that you receive all the
responsive documents.
This completes the Township's response to your request, but if you have
