Can you please clarify the first item you're requesting "2021 Annual Report
of the Affordable Housing Trust"? Our office does not have an "annual
report". The only item our office could provide is an activity report. Is
that something that would satisfy your request?

Please see attached responsive records to your written OPRA request
received on November 14, 2022.  In your request you requested the “2021
Annual Report of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund”, which I have
previously specified that our office doesn’t possess.  However, in an
attempt to satisfy your request please see Franklin Borough’s Affordable
Housing Trust activity report for the year 2021, 2022 and the October 2022
Bank Statement for the Affordable Housing Trust.

As you may be aware the deadline to respond to your OPRA request is 7
business days, this response is being provided on the 7^th business day as
such the municipality is timely responding to your request in accordance
with New Jersey Law.

Please note redactions were made to remove account numbers from the Bank
Statement to protect privacy.

This concludes your OPRA request and the matter is now closed.
