Dear South Amboy City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Can you please provide:
1) Account details of Affordable Housing Trust activity with individual dates, amounts and depositors totally $603,000. (see Annual Financial Statement for the Year 2022 (Unaudited), Schedule of Trust Fund Reserves, Affordable Housing Trust, sheet 6b).
2) If this money came from Station Bay as in-lieu-of fees for their affordable housing requirement, please provide the breakdown of funds paid. Is this a full payment for the first phase of 291 units? How much is the cost they need to pay per unit?
3) Has any money ever been paid out of this trust? If yes, please provide details.
[The original plan was for Station Bay to pay the city $3.4 million for 88 affordable housing units. Their first phase was built with 291 units and the second phase with 210 units has not been built yet. I'm trying to understand the breakdown of the $603k).
