Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I would like to request the affidavit of probable cause filed by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office in 2021 in support of charges of sexual assault made against Stephen Kovacs. I would also like to request any other documents relating to the sexual assault charges made against Stephen Kovacs, including police reports regarding his October 13, 2021 and October 22, 2021 arrests, and prosecution documents from his detention hearing and arraignments.
