Dear Debra Pappagallo,

I apologize for not putting in the dates. This would be the administrative contract between the supervisors and principals assoc that is current for the 2025-2026 school year. If the association is currently in negotiations and the they are working under the previous contract then the contract for the 2024-2025 school year. I apologize to request this but PERC does not have the latest contract on their website as is required by law.

Dear Red Bank Regional High School District,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Red Bank Regional High School District's handling of my OPRA request 'Administrative Contracts'.

By law, I should have received a response by July 23rd. I updated my request that the current contract between the BOE and the principal and supervisors assoc. I certainly understand vacations can occur but a request for a delay should have been sent. Please promptly fulfill the request.
