Timeframe: January 1st, 2025 to May 5th, 2026

Format: Please provide these records electronically via email. Acceptable formats include text-searchable PDFs or scanned copies of the original reports. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5, electronic records must be provided free of charge.

If any portion of these records is redacted or the request is denied, please provide the specific statutory exemption or legal basis for each redaction or denial.
