Dear Brick Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

All documents related to the application, affidavit, supporting materials, and issuance of the administrative search warrant executed on or about January 27, 2023 at 11 Princeton Ave. This includes referrals, complaints, communications, or documentation from the Fire Bureau, Zoning, Construction, or Code Enforcement departments by Bryan Dickerson, Daniel Newman, and Pablo Lopez.

I have received your OPRA request. You may not be aware, but the NJ OPRA law has changed as of 09/03/2024.

One of the changes is what is required in the request. Though you still do not have to use the OPRA official request form, you must have all of the required components, including the following:

1. I, HAVE / HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
2. I, or another person WILL / WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
3. I, AM / AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceedings.
