Addresses with water-shut off
Dear Morris Township,
I am requesting a list of current addresses within the town/city that have had their water shut off within the past three months (September 1st - December 1st) of 2019.
My understanding is that the town/city is responsible for the turning on/off of the water supply to each address within it's legal boundaries. According to the NJ Utilities Code, the addresses of said properties are public information and can be provided upon notice via an Open Public Records Request (OPRA).
Please share the information in the following format:

The Township of Morris is not the water provider, you will have to contact SMCMUA (Water Authority) (973)326-6880 for that information if existing.

Instead of my original request, could you please share with me the list of homes who received notice during the above stated time periods for electricity shut off? From the utility company, I was told these records are sent to each town.
This search should provide similar results I am looking for.

Please send all additional OPRA requests to [email address]. I will research to see what department receives information on electricity shut offs. I would recommend that you contact Jersey Central Power and Light who may be able to have this information, but in the mean time I will research.
