Addresses with water-shut off
Dear Livingston Township,
I am requesting a list of current addresses within the town/city that have had their water shut off within the past three months (September 1st - December 1st) of 2019.
My understanding is that the town/city is responsible for the turning on/off of the water supply to each address within it's legal boundaries. According to the NJ Utilities Code, the addresses of said properties are public information and can be provided upon notice via an Open Public Records Request (OPRA).
Please share the information in the following format:

This comes in response to your OPRA
The Tax and Water Departments do not maintain a list of addresses of
all properties where the water has been shut off.
If you are seeking a list of properties that were shut off temporarily to
have repairs done, and turned back on, it is possible to provide copies of
the "Applications for Water Meter/Misc. Water Charges" for those
properties that have had the Water Turned Off and On within the last 3
months. However, the phone numbers and email address will need to be
redacted on those records as they are exempt from disclosure pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A -1.1 unlisted telephone numbers are exempt from
disclosure. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 "a public agency has a
responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a
citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when
disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of
privacy."
So any email addresses will be redacted.
Please advise if this is the record you are seeking before I spend time
redacting the records.
