Dear Long Beach Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide all publicly available evidence of any and all added / omitted assessments for parcel Block 18.79, Lot 2 location at 1079B Long Beach Boulevard in Long Beach Township, which can will result in any future added / omitted tax bills either this year or the coming year as the new resident will need to be aware of such forthcoming billings. As the title company hired by the future Long Beach Township residents, it is in their best interest to have total transparency prior to settlement to assure that escrow funds are collected appropriately

Good afternoon,

In response to the OPRA request submitted, as of today, March 8, 2022, there has not been a CO issued for the requested Block/Lot, therefore no added/omitted assessments are on file. However, after a CO has been issued, the Tax Assessor will begin the added assessment process and it will then be prorated.
