This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide all publicly available evidence of any and all added / omitted assessments for parcel Block 28008 Lot 57 location at 15 Sweetbay Street in Montgomery, which can will result in any future added / omitted tax bills either this year or the coming year as the new resident will need to be aware of such forthcoming billings. As the title company hired by the future Montgomery residents, it is in their best interest to have total transparency prior to settlement to assure that escrow funds are collected appropriately
