Please provide all publicly available evidence of any and all added / omitted assessments for parcel Block 228, Lot 3 location at 240 Jones Street and Block 227, Lot 3 location at 221 Jones Street in City of Burlington, which can / will result in any future added / omitted tax bills either this year or the coming year as the new resident will need to be aware of such forthcoming billings. As the title company hired by the future City of Burlington residents, it is in their best interest to have total transparency prior to settlement to assure that escrow funds are collected appropriately”
