2. Essex County Fire Officials

3. Attorneys

Names of involved parties and meeting dates are being requested.

This is an overly broad request as you have not identified the records you
seek, which is a requirement of OPRA. (Please See MAG Entm't, LLC v. Div.
of Alcoholic Beverage Control, [1]375 N.J.Super. 534  (App.Div.
2005). Although you further define your request for work calendar meeting
invites for Assistant Township Manager Loehner between August 1, 2023 and
August 1, 2024, calendar invites are not considered public record and not
subject to disclosure, please See New Jersey Partners, LP v. Cty. Of
Middlesex, 379 N.J. Super. 205 (App. Div. 2005).
