Good afternoon:
The County is in receipt of your OPRA request for “the final and compiled
bid tabulation and bid tally sheets, including all quantities and unit
pricing for each bidder, for ADA North Curb Ramps/Sidewalks/Traffic
Signals - Contract 2." At this time, your request is denied because the
County has no documents which are responsive to this request. See
Pusterhofer v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2005-49 (July 2005).
This was not a County project, but was a NJDOT project.
