I am requesting a report of the ACTUAL revenue (income) and expenses for the New Jersey School of Conservation for the fiscal years 2010 through 2020, including all years between those years - ie 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020. The NJSOC is a program of Montclair State University.

I am the Records Custodian for Montclair State University. I am in
receipt of your OPRA request seeking a report of the ACTUAL revenue
(income) and expenses for the New Jersey School of Conservation for the
fiscal years 2010 through 2020, including all years between those years -
ie 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020.
All University non-essential staff have been working remotely as required
by Executive Order 107 since March of 2020, and this includes the staff
that would have access to the documents responsive to your request. I have
forwarded your request to the individuals responsible for gathering the
responsive documents yesterday and they are attempting to determine if
they can be collected remotely and provided electronically. If they
cannot, please be advised that OPRA was amended in response to COVID-19 to
suspend the obligation to provide a response within 7 business days.
Therefore, if we cannot gather the documents remotely and/or provide them
to you electronically, we will provide a response within a reasonable time
frame after University staff are able to return to campus. Additional
information concerning changes impacting the University during the
COVID-19 crisis can be found on our website at:
