Accounting of government ordered investigations
Dear Lacey Township School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A detailed accounting of any and all investigations into claims of abuse by current or former students 1998 - 2023.
We know you guys like to convolute really easy requests to attempt to cover up your conduct. So heres an example of what we are looking for: "In 2008 DR claimed they were being persecuted for their gender preference. The Law firm of Wecoverup Childabuse conducted an independent investigation from October 2008 - December 2008. They found minority groups in ocean county complain too much about the scraps we feed them. We forced student to seek counseling so that they could be medicated into silent acceptance of their discrimination."

I am in receipt of your email but will need additional time to respond to
your request as the time range is quite long. It would help if you could
narrow the time frame and also narrow the type of claims. Are you looking
for only lawsuits? HIB's? Feel free to call me to discuss.
I will need at least 3 more weeks to gather the information requested.
