Pursuant to N.J.S.A 39:4-131, there is a $5 fee per police motor vehicle
incident report as your OPRA Request for "all accident reports on West
Mount Pleasant Ave from July 1st to July 31st, if more specification is
needed I'm focusing on the intersection with North Livingston" was
received by email on October, 12, 2022.  Please be aware that records can
also be made available on CrashDocs.org., at a rate of $5 per report
also.  Please advise us on how you'd like to proceed with your request.

Dear David Horan,
This comes in response to your OPRA Request which was received by email on
10/12/22.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A 39:4-131 since your OPRA Request was received by
email, there is no cost for duplication for emailing any responsive
documents of police motor vehicle incident reports to you, however there
is an administrative cost of $5 per report as these OPRA requests were not
submitted in person. The Police Department has advised us that there are 2
Police Crash Investigative Reports responsive to your request. The
Administrative cost for emailing the 2 Police Crash Investigative Report
responsive to your request is $10 ($5 per Report x 2 Reports). Please
submit payment to the Township of Livingston, c/o Renee Resky,Township
Clerk's Office, 357 S. Livingston Ave., Livingston, NJ 07039. Upon receipt
of payment of the administrative fee the reports will be emailed to you.

Please be sure to put a reference of your name and OPRA Request date(s) on
your check or correspondence with the check.
