Dear Kenilworth Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

The actual accident report, any internal logs, if this was a police involved accident any type of internal memo or any internal affairs records related to the incident record.

The Borough has completed its response to your original OPRA request, and
that request is now closed.
Your email seeks additional categories of government records that were not
encompassed within your original request. To maintain an accurate
administrative record of requests and responses, and to ensure compliance
with the Open Public Records Act, the Borough processes each OPRA request
as a separate request. A closed OPRA request cannot be reopened or
expanded through subsequent correspondence.
If you wish to request additional government records, including the
records referenced in your email, please submit a new OPRA request
identifying the records sought with reasonable clarity. Upon receipt, the
Borough will process the request in accordance with the Open Public
Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
