Dear Nutley Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

1). Any current logs, rosters, user lists, or internal directories identifying all Nutley employees, officials, contractors, or third-party administrators who currently hold administrative credentials, writing privileges, editing privileges, or moderation capabilities for the Township of Nutley’s official public web pages and official social media accounts (including, but not limited to, the official Township Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, and municipal website portals).

2) Any standard operating procedures, internal policies, or digital governance guidelines currently in effect that designate which job titles, departments, or specific personnel are authorized to access, write, edit, or delete public comments on the Township's official public communication pages.

3). Any active contracts, service agreements, or addendums with third-party social media management companies, software providers, or public relations firms tasked with managing, monitoring, or altering public comments on Nutley Township’s public platforms.

4) I seek the names and titles and access levels to chage, alter, edit or remove public comments?

5). The procedure, by law, to allow any individual to alter or remove public comments , public meetings or any alteration to Nutley public properties?
