The Borough of Alpine does not maintain a list of abandoned or foreclosed properties.

In regard to your request, we can offer to provide the requested record(s) with the name of the property owner(s) redacted as we are currently reviewing the impact of Daniel’s Law and amendments to OPRA which prohibit the disclosure of any home address of any active, formerly active or retired law enforcement officer, judicial officer, prosecutor or the spouse or child thereof. The Borough is unable to ascertain at this time if any Borough resident(s) qualify for such an exemption and therefore will provide this reasonable accommodation until such time as it can determine how to further comply with the law (See, N.J.S.A. 2C:20-31.1 and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1).
