Be advised that C.47:1A-10 provides for personnel, pension records not
considered public documents ;with exceptions: an individual’s name, title,
position, salary, payroll record, length of service, date of separation
and reason thereafter, and the amount and type of any pension received
shall be a government record.
Additionally, redactions have been made per NJSA 47:1A-1.1 for security
measures which if disclosed would create a risk to the safety or persons,
property, electronic data or software.
