I am writing to request an internal review of Marlboro Township's handling of my OPRA request 'A request for copies those documents submitted by Carolyn Radin in order to obtain a dog license for the year 2018'.

I recently submitted a few OPRA requests to Marlboro Township. Marlboro Township has not responded to those OPRA requests in the time frame required by law. Is there a reason why Marlboro Township has not responded to my requests in a timely manner? Is there a reason why Marlboro Township has not asked for additional time in order to fulfill my OPRA requests? If Marlboro Township is going to deny my requests, please state the reasons for the denial(s). We can then have this matter resolved in the Superior Court. Otherwise, please provide to me copies of those records that I have previously requested.
