Dear Burlington County Clerk,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I am respectfully requesting access to the following government
records maintained by the Burlington County Court Clerk, On James H. Kostoplis, Sheriff
A copy of the current surety bond, including a copy of Oath of office, the name of the surety
company (bonding company) the bond number the amount of coverage (face value of the bond)
the effective dates (start and end) of the bond. If applicable, any certificates of renewal or
amendments to the bond covering the same.
All public officials are required to take an Oath as a ''FIDUCIARY/TRUSTEE'' to The People of
This State, and the United States, McNally v. United States, 483 U.S. 350 to uphold This State's
Constitution, the U.S.A. Constitution and the Laws thereof.
