Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
Pursuant to New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A.47:1A-1et seq.) I respectfully
request access to the following governmental records maintained by the Burlington County Clerk. JOANNE SCWARTZ
A copy of the current surety bond for the County Clerk, including a copy of oath of office, the name of the surety company (bonding company) the bond number the amount of coverage (face value of the bond) the effective date (start and end) of the bond.
If applicable, any certificates of renewal or amendments to the bond covering the same office. Note to all government agencies and its agents in violations of Trespass Title 18 USC SEC. 241, 242 Title 42 USC SEC. 1982, 1983 1985, and 1986
Please advise if there are any fees associated with copying or providing the records, and whether the documents can be delivered electronically (via email or PDF).
