A copy of the settlement agreemebt between the Lodi Board of Ed and/or Borough, and former teacher Joseph Fusco. Fusco was arrested for having students aid him in stealing hunting equipment, according to reports. His employment as a teacher was later terminated either voluntarily or involuntarily and a settlement was reached.
