Please provide the letter the mayor claims he submitted to the state agencies asking for an investigation into the allegations surrounding the carli Lloyd event. During his report at the council meeting on 1/25/2022 he said he has sent a letter prior to that date. That statement is a part of the public record.

As of today we are still waiting on the responsive documents on this request. Was a letter sent? Previously it was said that a phone call was made and no documents were available however the mayor has since 2 times referenced the letter he sent. Please clarify as it appears as if there is some confusion.
