Dear Records, DEP [DEP],
I am still waiting for a response to my request for a copy of the 2022 Solid Waste facility disposal report.
Yours sincerely,

Good Afternoon,
Attached is the response. The Solid Wase Management file officer stated.
"DSWM does not put out a yearly solid waste disposal report. If the requester is asking for CPCN Annual Utility Reports, the 2022 reports aren't due until 6/1/2023 and she must submit a separate request for each report by facility name."
