A copy of all Standard Operating Procedures
Dear Bradley Beach Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A copy of all Standard Operating Procedures from the Bradley Beach Police Department that are 'current' as of 10-1-2017.
Yours faithfully,
Time to Change- Jersey Style
Good morning,
Your request is too broad of a term, please be more specific.
Thank you,
Dear Bianchi, Ted,
Every agency has standard operating procedures on things like use of force, internal affairs, body cams, etc. Perhaps your police agency calls those SOPs by another name, such as a directive, policy, general order, etc. That is what I am seeking – all of the SOPs/General Orders/Directives/Policies that are currently in place.
Yours sincerely,
Time to Change- Jersey Style

Dear Miriam McManus,
In the interest of finding a reasonable solution to processing my OPRA request, I'm requesting the Police Department could waive the special service charge if an extension of sixty (60) days in order to accommodate the interests of both the requester and the agency. I'm asking for the fees to be waive because the request is serving the public interest by the records being published for free on OPRAmachine.com
Yours sincerely,
