The specific records being requested are with the regard to the 9-02-18 arrest and vehicle impound related to ticket number E18-009000-0112, case number 18-37980, and more specifically consist of the following:

1. the video and audio recordings from the vehicle and body of the initiating and additionally responding officers;

2. the use of force report(s); and

3. the incident, investigative, and similarly entitled reports containing the description of the facts and circumstances of the arrest and vehicle impound, as prepared by the initiating, additionally responding officers, and supervisors

Dear Joseph Guerrier,

I am no longer interested in having telephone conversations with your agency. I tried that route from the inception, having spoken several times with a records clerk of your agency, and was initially told that I would be provided the information within x number of days and then, when I called back within x number of days, was told that there is no report. Therefore, I resorted to the more formal route and any communications to "clarify" anything should be done in writing. However, please take note of your obligation under the OPRA statute to timely respond to my request and that it appears you and your agency have violated the law once again.

My request was clear and specific. There should be no need for clarification, much less telephone conversation that gives you and your agency the ability to deny what was/wasn't said, and I expect to receive the requested information without any further delay.
