95 Seneca Lake Road has NO construction permit history.
 
The zoning permit application submitted in 2016 has since expired. 
 
No plans or surveys are on file.

Dear Kathleen Chambers, Ms. Landy,

Thank you for the respnse and link. The site works quite well. In regards
to my request, since the previous plans and permits have expired they will
not show (as far as i can tell) on the portal.

That being the case can I expect a records check once Ms. Chambers returns
and copies of the requested documents or being expired do they no longer
exist?

If the following question is ok inside a FOIL request can you let me know
which Town office I should contact to discuss plans to develop the site if
the expired plans are not available?
