• Any site plans that may indicate the presence of oil tanks or underground storage tanks.
• Environmental assessments, testing, or remediation reports related to underground storage tanks or soil contamination.
3. Any records of violations or complaints regarding the property:
• Any notices of environmental violations, including those related to underground storage tanks or soil contamination.
• Any correspondence regarding the removal or existence of underground storage tanks.
4. Any documentation related to zoning applications or variances for the property, including but not limited to:
• Applications that discuss any environmental concerns, site usage changes, or fuel systems.
5. Records of property inspections:
• Any inspection reports, especially those related to heating systems, oil tanks, or environmental safety.
