Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I’m following up the below OPRA.

Requesting records that may include, but are not limited to:

Approved building plans, construction plans, or site plans Builder and/or developer information in relation to below property address. 934 Navesink River Rd
Block 886, Lot 22

Planning and Zoning have responded that any records prior to 2023 would be a part of any Construction Permits that may be on file with the Building Department.

Could you please advise on the status of the Building Department’s response?
