91 1 Transcription
Dear New Jersey Office of Information Technology,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I would like to receive the transcripts for a 911 emergency call that I placed on August 15, 2024 at or around 5:30 pm. At then time, my son (Deven Montague, 30) was having a seizure and I called 911 while I was in route home. I arrived before the EMT. Upon my arrival the seizure had passed and I cancelled the request. The initial call was for them to respond to 1179 Erhardt Street, Union, NJ.
Yours faithfully,
LaTia
