Dear Camden County,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Camden County's handling of my OPRA request '911 Call Recording Request'.

I was given a generic link to open a Camden county OPRA request instead of being given the file for the 911 call. Submitted it as an error and never heard back. This is not acceptable.

A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/911_call...

Yours faithfully,

Shawn Hebert

Good afternoon,

The requested records are available through our OPRA system, which is accessible with an account. Due to your original request being sent to us by OPRA machine, you would use the unique email address that OPRA machine created for you to log in. However, this may be cumbersome for you to retrieve the records. For your convenience, attached are the records that were previously made available to you through the County's OPRA module on February 5, 2024. The records provided contain redactions which are indicated at the end of each applicable document. Additionally, the 911 audio provided contains redactions pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, et seq. for safety of person or public would be jeopardized, and Unlisted telephone numbers, as is required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6.

Furthermore, you mentioned that you "submitted it as an error and never heard back." This is the first correspondence our office has received from you since your initial email submitting your request on January 25, 2024.

In an effort to accommodate all requesters, we process OPRA requests through our County OPRA system. Future requests can be electronically submitted directly to our office. This ensures that your request is sent directly to our office and eliminates potential delays. The County's website is:
https://camdencountynj.mycusthelp.com/WE...

After clicking on the provided link, click on the box that says, "Submit an OPRA Request". This will prompt you to create an account. All future OPRA requests, responses, and any responsive documents made under this account will be viewable after logging in.

Thank you,

Steffani Lon
