Dear Ocean County Sheriff's Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Call log with license plate #s given while I was being chased 3/4/21 at 7:40 pm.

My cell # is 8482101623.

Beachwood PD were dispatched after the two cars that chased me off the parkway onto Mill St near where I live and I kept going as the sonata (I believe sonata— first license plate provided) kept trying to pass me in oncoming traffic lanes

I need a copy of the tape so it can be handled by perhaps another officer who’s willing to help.
