Records requested: : Tabak, Mellusi & Shisha represent Joseph Mulcahy, Jr. d/b 3/13/88, in an accident aboard the KRISTY ANN REINAUER that occurred on September 19,2021 at around 0840, at KMI Carteret, NJ Berth 1C. He was taken to Robertwood Johnson in New Jersey. We are requesting copies of the 911 and EMS records.
