This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

All records regarding construction at 8 New York Ave, Flemington, owned by Calvary Episcopal Church, coming into existence within the last two years, including but not limited to the inside and outside of the construction permit file itself (UCCF100) -Construction Permit Application, also known as the "Jacket" for each construction permit coming into existence within the last two years.

Also, please produce all records pertaining to the sewage handler and capacity limitations at 8 New York Ave, Flemington.
