Dear Keyport Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Amboy Bank has taken back in foreclosure 2 lots previously approved to construct two single family homes under the RA zone. we do not have any useful information to place these lots for sale again with respect to prior approvals , site amps or utilities installed. 87 and 89 Fulton Street, block 134, lots, 45 and 45.01.

I received your OPRA request regarding documents pertaining to 87 and 89 Fulton Street, Keyport on August 17, 2020.
The seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is August 26, 2020.

Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill because the records are kept by the planning board secretary who is out of the office until Monday, August 24th.
