We are conducting an environmental investigation of the property located at 816 Black Horse Pike, Mount Ephraim, Camden County, NJ: Block 6.11, Lot 1. As part of this investigation we are requesting that your office perform a records search for all identifiable remedial, permitting, enforcement violations, air permits and inspections, hazardous waste, water quality and allocation, land use, solid waste, and Right to Know surveys, spills, cleanups, underground and above ground storage tank records, TCPA, DPCC, No Further Actions, Response Action Outcomes, correspondence, maps, permits, and reports on the subject property.
