This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Can you please provide any correspondence for this Bond that Berkeley Township took on a $800,000 for the Berkeley/ Beachwood plaza? Please state how it was distributed to clean up and developer redevelopment.

I have been advised by the CFO and Mayor that NO DOCUMENT EXISTS for the
Berkeley/Beachwood Plaza.
