Per Pine Hill Borough Construction Office there are no open construction
permits and no presence of an underground oil tank record relating to 7
Short Drive.  The Borough does not have survey records on file.

For the presence of a septic system (permits, drawings, survey, etc.) you
will want to contact the Board of Health.
