Dear Nutley Board of Education,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for commercial purposes.

I understand the property was purchased by 777 Nutley LLC. The LLC is doing construction work for a sale to the Nutley BOE for offices and classroom space.
I seek the plans and or layout design being conducted by the LLC?
I seek the design and approvals for the designs?
I seek the price for the purchase by the Township of Nutley?
I seek the finance method that will be used to finance the property, including the principal and the interest payment?
I seek the number of children, the grades, and parking for the staff and teachers?
I seek if the construction workers are paid market rate for their skills?

security information or procedures for any buildings or facility
which, if disclosed, would jeopardize security of the building or
facility or persons therein".

It is unclear what "design" is being requested, and in what way this
differs from the "plans and or layout design" requested above.
