Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

For 74 Crescent Ave (Block #8 / Lot #16), I would like to request copies of the following:

1) all permits and accompanying documentation

2) list of any open permits

3) documentation related to the removal of an underground oil tank

4) documentation related to an abandoned well and or an abandoned septic tank

5) documentation related to any environmental items, like the removal of asbestos siding

This home is under contract with a quick closing date of March 14, 2025. Please provide this information as soon as possible.
