I am writing to request an internal review of Montclair Township's handling of my OPRA request '71 Summit Ave OPRA'.
My request is in reference to 71 Summit Ave Montclair, NJ. It's requesting all police response calls to this location from 01/2010 to present. A call log is generated by a police dispatcher when a police response in summoned. The log of those calls is what is requested. How is this "overly board". I have other request which were granted and call logs were entered into OPRA for me. Please conduct an internal review of this request so that I can contact the Government Records Council then the superior court.
