There was a detective from Chester PD at my sisters home in the very early morning hours of February 14th. Approximate time 4:15-5:30 AM.
This detective identified himself as being with you agency. After I posted this guys photo in quite a few places on Facebook, I received many responses saying he is detective Matt Bohn with your agency.
We have photos and videos of this man at my sisters home doing some sort of “investigation”.
We would appreciate any documentation related to this investigation.
