Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

My clients are in the process of purchasing 6 Cherry Lane, Blairstown, NJ and we are asking you to inform us on the items below. Thank you in advance!

1. Copies of any and all open permits on file with the town, open or closed.
2. Copies of any Planning Board and variance resolutions, applications (pending or denied) or approvals, affecting the property.
3. Documentation regarding underground oil tanks or other USTs
4. Records of any onsite storage or spill of hazardous materials
5. Records of any applications or plans for development within 200 feet of the property and a list of any offsite conditions pursuant to the Residential Construction Off-Site Conditions Disclosure Act.
6. Confirmation from zoning department that this property is a legal one family dwelling
7. Records of any easements, encroachments or other agreements on file with the town which affect the property.
8. Confirmation that this property is not in a flood zone, Highlands, or Wetlands Protected Area.
9.Records of any pending or finalized municipal assessments affecting this property and verify that the property is assessed for all improvements (including any farmland or woodland assessment if applicable)
10. Provide any deeds, restrictions and easements on file, a copy of the property tax card and confirm the current tax amount.
11. Confirm the property is not subject to Air Safety and Zoning and provide copies of current ordinances regarding the same.
12. Provide records of any and all Board of Health violations
13. Provide records of any and all zoning violations
14. Provide records of any and all code enforcement violations.
15. Provide all Board of Health records regarding the septic system
16. Provide all records regarding potability of the well water

Dear Blairstown Township,

Is there another way to be able to get the answers to my OPRA request? I should have received it by Sept. 23rd and it is now October 8th. Not having the request back is holding my clients up who are in the process of purchasing this home . Please send the response back asap.
