Good afternoon,

This is in response to your OPRA request filed with the Township of
Rockaway on 12/15/2021.  I am requesting clarification (see bold type
below) pertaining to your request pertaining to 69 White Meadow Rd. for
the following:

 1. Open permits for building/construction. Please let us know if a list
of permits is satisfactory, or if you require copies. Attached you
will find a sample Property Summary Report, which is a list of permits
produced by our Construction office for any property within the
Township.
 2. Closed permits for building and construction within the last 20 years.
Please see item #1 comment.
 3. Open permits for land use. No clarification required.
 4. Closed permits for land use within the last 20 years. No clarification
required.
 5. Open violations on the use of the property. No clarification required.
 6. Known presence of underground oil/deprecated septic tank. This item
cannot be responded to as it is overly broad and vague. OPRA requires
the provision of "specifically identifiable" government records. Your
item does not meet the statutory standard. Please refer to MAG
Entertainment v. Div. of Alcohol Beverage Control, 375 N.J. Super.
