Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

which was received and processed by our office on September 17^th.
The Building Division has indicated that all attached permits are CLOSED.
The Code Enforcement / Property Maintenance Office has indicated that they
did not find anything on file for 645 Doral Ct. There is also no Municipal
Certificate of Continued Compliance (MCCC), which is required for the
rental or sale of a property within the Township.
The Planning & Zoning Division has indicated that they did not find any
permits on file for this property.
The Tax Office has indicated that 645 Doral Court (Block 9001, Lot 44.14
Qual C0645) is current on taxes and sewer charges. There are no active
municipal liens or third-party liens, nor are there any confirmed special
assessments for this property.
