Please confirm that this request includes a review of records maintained by the Tax Assessor’s Office, and not solely construction, zoning, or building department files. Specifically, I am requesting copies of any records held by the Tax Assessor’s Office relating to this property, including but not limited to property record cards, assessor sketches or layouts, acreage data, bedroom count, address information, and any related assessment documentation.

In addition, please confirm whether the municipality maintains any surveys for this property in its files, including surveys referenced, relied upon, or retained by the Tax Assessor, Engineering, or other municipal departments, and provide copies of any such records if available.

If no responsive records exist in any of these departments, please provide written confirmation detailing the scope of the search conducted and the determination that no such records are maintained.
