The FEMA Map shows Zone X, Hence, like to confirm if I buy this house I do not have to raise the house to higher level above ground and i can repair and fix this house at its existing level.

My question is: I am buying this house and as per town requirements I do not have to raise it if it is NOT in AE but in X Zone. Is this true.

In response to your OPRA request, there is no information in the
Borough's file. Please submit a zoning application requesting flood zone
information for the intent to purchase. You can find this application at
the Construction Office or on our website [1]ubnj.net under the
Construction Department. You will receive a written response from the
Zoning Official upon his review.
